We provide expert-led, hands-on courses to ensure participants are fully prepared for real-world emergencies and compliance requirements. Please note that all firefighting practical’s must be conducted at our Training Centre, located at 73 Plantation Road, Ottery, Cape Town, as we are licensed for live burn exercises.

Our training sessions commence promptly at 8:00 am. Latecomers will not be permitted to participate in the training. We highly value punctuality to ensure the smooth running of our sessions and to maximize the learning experience for all participants.

Our training centre opens its doors at 6:30 am

Training Centre: Address: 73 Rd, Ferness, Cape Town, 7800. Our training center, located at the Ottery Youth Care Center, is where all our training sessions are conducted. This facility is equipped with the necessary resources and amenities to provide comprehensive and effective training in health and safety compliance.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Follow all course instructions and adhere to the safety protocols provided by our trainers.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

All course fees must be paid in full as per the agreed-upon terms at the time of registration. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your enrollment. Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

Lunches

we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

1. Lunch Totals: We must provide lunch totals to our external service provider by 8:20 am. It is crucial for us to receive accurate numbers within this timeframe to facilitate timely meal preparations.

2. Impact of Late Arrival: Late arrivals disrupt the lunch booking process and may result in chaos in coordinating lunches for all attendees. Participants who arrive late risk the possibility of not receiving lunch due to the inability to accommodate last-minute changes.

All content provided during training sessions, including course materials, presentations, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of SA Fire and Medical Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent.
